Job Responsibilities 1

Renewables

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor cleaning technicians, assigning tasks, and providing guidance as needed.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring that all areas are cleaned regularly and according to established standards.
  • Ensure that appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment are used, following safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions.
  • Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels are always maintained.
  • Ensure that all cleaning activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

 

Job Responsibilities 2

  • Collaborate with nutritionists, chefs, and food vendors to develop a diverse and balanced menu that meets the nutritional needs of canteen patrons.
  • Conduct research on current food trends, dietary guidelines, and cultural preferences to inform menu development decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards, implementing policies and procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic food preparation environment.
  • Support ES&A team in shifts.
  • Finalisation of food menu at Guest houses, Bachelor accommodations, regional events etc.
  • Monitor vendor performance, including product quality, delivery reliability, and customer service, and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Job Responsibilities 3

Generation

  • Operate and maintain facilities at MTPS Mundra offices, canteen & cafeteria" to ensure effective, efficient and competitive workspace that meets CGPL needs. Ensure Office Safety & Audit Compliance.
  • Responsible for overall Infrastructure management at both township & plant.
  • Guide & troubleshoot technical aspects of building & offices maintenance,
  • Event Management
  • Ensure Smooth Transport Management. Overall responsible for handling fleet of contracted vehicles
  • Planning, Directing, Coordinating & Budgeting for MTPS Administration Department, Mundra.
  • Supervise Procurement, Maintenance & upgrades of furniture, Utilities, Security Systems & Signage for the overall facilities for MTPS Township.

Job Responsibilities 4

  • Prepare & maintain Annual budget for building use, other activities of Administration and Facility Management.
  • Maintain MIS for MTPS Township Administration.
  • Coordination with Technical Departments for any Technical requirement and data update.
  • Handling AMC for all critical system for MTPS Mundra Township related to Administration.
  • Monthly review with Vendors as per PBPC agreement.
  • Attending daily routine civil maintenance defects and monitoring for completion.

Manage coordination with external / internal agencies.

Qualification

We are looking for candidates who are currently in the final year of Bachelors in Hotel Management (BHM) and would graduate in 2024.

Online Written Test > Psychometric Test & Asynchronous Video Interview > Personal Interview

Shortlisting Criteria

  • 60% above throughout SSC, HSC and Graduation (if applicable)
  • The applicant must not have any active backlogs (uncleared exams)
  • The applicant should have completed all academic courses (Under Graduation within the stipulated tenure of course (e.g.: B.A./ B.Com./ B.Sc. in 3 years))
  • Candidate should be willing to travel and be posted anywhere in India at office, plant, project site location etc.
