Job Description:

Design, Refresh and Implementation of Future Skill Academy (Digital & AI)

Design, Refresh and Implementation of Leadership Academies (SLDP, AYLP, ELP)

Institutionalize Coaching as leadership development intervention

Facilitating ALP teams for regular reviews and tracking progress and business value created

Develop internal trainers

Build repository of Learning partners, external faculty, negotiate and maintain beneficial corporate rates

Review and communicate the L&D Process, SOP document

Partner with BHR teams and support and enable BHR L&D SPOCs for driving the learning agenda of the cluster

Interface with partner institutions, universities and finalize MOUs

Functional Competencies:

Instructional Design and Curriculum Development: Expertise in designing and developing effective training programs and curricula that address the diverse learning needs of employees. This includes knowledge of instructional design models, adult learning principles, and various delivery methods

Data Analysis and Learning Metrics: Skill in using data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of learning programs. This includes setting key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing training outcomes, and leveraging insights to continuously improve learning initiatives.
