• We are looking for an individual who can work in Legal department
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and database management
• Detail-oriented individual with strong numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Legal, Business, Finance)
• Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders
• Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to track and close tasks within timelines
• Ability to manage data accurately and maintain confidentiality

You would be responsible for

• Processing vendor bills and checking for discrepancies.
• Coordinating with respective business teams to obtain required approvals.
• Creating Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) entries and uploading them in SAP.
• Tracking payment status and ensuring timely processing.
• Maintaining a database of approved vendor rates and ensuring its accuracy.
• Following up with Finance/Business/Legal teams to resolve queries.
• Supporting audits by providing required documentation and reconciliations.
• Ensuring compliance with internal processes and policies in Accounts Payable.
