You would be responsible for:
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies and launch campaigns to boost brand visibility and market awareness.
- Utilize AI-generated content to speed up content creation, enhance brand presence, and engage audiences across digital platforms.
- Design and implement a structured Electrician Training Program to upskill field electricians on Tata Power EZ Home’s smart energy products, ensuring smooth last-mile adoption.
- Complete targeted learning programs to strengthen digital and communication skills aligned with industry trends.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Brand Playbook to ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and storytelling across all customer touchpoints.
- Conduct strategic market immersions to gather insights, evaluate brand presence, and refine marketing strategies based on consumer behaviour and channel effectiveness.
- Represent the brand at industry and trade events to enhance visibility, foster B2B relationships, and position Tata Power EZ Home as a thought leader.
