What are we looking for?

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in Public Relations.
  • Worked with PR Agency or have Media (Desk/content writing) exposure.
  • Strong strategic thinking and content creation skills with expertise in executing high impact campaigns.
  • Proficiency in analytics and crisis management, with effective cross functional collaboration skills.

 

You would be responsible for

Media Planning, Outreach & Relations

  • Plan and coordinate media interactions across electronic, print, digital, and social channels.
  • Develop experiential storytelling platforms—FAM visits, immersion tours, press briefings.
  • Act as liaison for spokespersons; prepare media kits and briefing documents to maintain messaging consistency.

 

Strategic Communications & Campaign Leadership

  • Conceptualize high-impact communication campaigns featuring brand ambassadors and special initiatives to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive messaging and derive rich narrative themes.

 

Content Development & Storytelling

  • Research, structure, and produce long-form, data-backed narratives on EVs, rooftop solar, TPSDI, and HR initiatives.
  • Identify winning story angles, craft executive position pieces and thought leadership content.
  • Oversee content continuity across media channels—ensuring consistency in tone, communication pillars, and brand voice.

 

Measurement & Analytics

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of Advertising Value Equivalence (AVE) across regional and vernacular markets.
  • Align media measured outputs to communication KPIs and reputation metrics; present insights and optimization plans.
  • Track performance and ROI of all PR activities to guide future strategy.

 

Project Coordination & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with brand, digital, social, product, and external agency teams to align PR strategy.
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure seamless amplification of FAM/immersion programs.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
