What are we looking for?

 

  • Having background in Computer Science/Digital Media/Interactive design or a related discipline. Spanning programming fundamentals, UI/UX design principles, visual storytelling, and user behaviour theory—helping bridge creative and technical fluency.
  • At least 5-7 years of hands-on development experience, deep creative vision. Ideal for owning techdriven storytelling in complex domains like sustainability and energy.
  • Comfortable coding in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, AI tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney), AR frameworks (SparkAR, WebGL, Three.js), and prototyping tools (Figma, Spline, Unity/Unreal).
  • Able to translate technical energy narratives—billing, net metering, solar systems—into intuitive interactive formats (calculators, tours, dashboards).
  • A standout portfolio showcasing interactive brand experiences—digital activations, AR filters, immersive landing pages, or educational web tools.
  • Passionate about experimenting with new technologies and emerging creative formats.
  • Prefer understanding of the Digital media across paid, owned and earned channels.

 

You would be responsible for:

 

  • Create tools like product visualizers, educational calculators, and immersive tours, translating complex information into engaging formats.
  • Experiment with AI-generated content, AR filters, and immersive web pages to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Work closely with brand, content, product, and digital teams to integrate technology into creative campaigns across various platforms.
  • Transform intricate topics like sustainability and energy systems into intuitive and accessible visual formats.
  • Stay updated on and evaluate new technologies such as WebGL, Three.js, and generative AI tools, proposing their application to enhance creative outputs.
  • Ensure that all tech-enabled experiences adhere to brand standards, providing a seamless user experience while maintaining technical reliability and consistency.
  • Building the digital face of Tata Power and its product and service brands.
