What are we looking for?

  • 2–4 years of experience in data/insight roles within communications, digital marketing, media, or brand
    strategy.
  • Cross-functional exposure to PR, digital media, marketing or reputation analytics preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Comfort with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) and social listening tools (e.g.,Meltwater, Brandwatch, Sprinklr).
  • Exposure to AI/ML or emerging martech platforms a plus.
  • Strategic thinking with ability to connect insights to business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially in presenting insights.
  • Curiosity-driven, proactive, and eager to experiment and improve.

 

You would be responsible for:

 

Insights & Intelligence

  • Collect and analyze data across platforms (social, web, media, internal comms, sentiment, audience behaviour)
    to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Lead periodic communication audits and benchmark performance against competitors and industry standards.
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations for campaign planning and
    messaging.

Innovation & Tools

  • Drive adoption of innovative tools, AI platforms, and dashboards to streamline data gathering, visualization,
    and reporting.
  • Experiment with emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, predictive analytics, sentiment AI, media intelligence
    tools) to enhance communication outcomes.
  • Build and maintain listening ecosystems and feedback loops for real-time reputation and engagement
    tracking.

Strategic Support

  • Partner with content, PR, digital, and leadership teams to infuse insights into storytelling, media strategies, and
    reputation management.
  • Contribute to pre- and post-campaign analysis, A/B testing, and message effectiveness studies.
  • Support thought leadership development using data-led storytelling (e.g., whitepapers, data visualizations,
    insight-driven narratives).

Reporting & Measurement

  • Develop and maintain a suite of monthly, quarterly, and campaign-based communication performance
    reports.
  • Define and track KPIs aligned to business, brand, and engagement goals.
  • Present findings and dashboards to senior leadership with clarity and actionable direction.
