What are we looking for?

  • At least 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in brand marketing.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and consumer behaviour.
  • Experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and on-ground channels.
  • Familiarity with SEO, content management, and performance marketing tools.
  • Hands-on expertise in managing digital and non-digital platforms for brand campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

 

You would be responsible for:

 

Brand Strategy and Campaign Execution

  • Assist in translating the corporate branding strategy into actionable plans for individual campaigns, ensuring
    alignment with brand positioning and marketing objectives.
  • Lead the execution of integrated marketing and branding campaigns across print, digital, and social platforms
    to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Work on brand development strategies for existing and new offerings, conducting research and insights
    analysis to guide positioning efforts.
  • Coordinate product or service launches by planning brand communication, messaging, and promotional
    assets in line with marketing objectives.

Brand Governance and Consistency

  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring visual identity, tone of voice, and key messaging consistency across all
    content and platforms.

Digital Marketing and Consumer Engagement

  • Monitor campaign metrics and consumer engagement data to evaluate effectiveness and adjust strategies for
    improved ROI.
  • Liaise with external agencies to brief them on brand requirements, ensure creative quality, and evaluate
    performance deliverables.

Budget Management and Reporting

  • Support the team in managing marketing budgets by tracking expenditures, vendor payments, and
    forecasting campaign costs.
  • Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and recommendations on marketing activities for review by the
    Head of Brand & Marketing.
