- Key Deliverables:
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement comprehensive employee engagement strategies aligned with the organization's goals and values
- Ideate, conceptualize, and execute initiatives that cater to the organization as a whole and specifically to the needs and expectations of identified cohorts such as new hires (from campus), remote-site employees, women employees, high performers etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute engagement programs that foster teamwork, collaboration, and a sense of belonging to the organization & teams
- Conduct surveys, analyze feedback, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve engagement levels in the organization
- Drive action plans based on engagement survey outcomes in partnership with Business HR teams
- Provide guidance and support to managers and leaders on effective engagement programs and practices
- Health and Wellbeing:
- Develop and oversee wellness programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of employees
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to design and implement initiatives that address the unique needs of different employee cohorts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to employee wellness and incorporate them into program design
- Conduct wellness events, workshops, and campaigns to raise awareness and encourage healthy behaviors. Drive initiatives across locations and clusters
- Evaluate program effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and participation rates, and make adjustments as necessary
- Reward and Recognition:
- Evaluate current R&R programs in place and recommend modifications based on research and justification
- Develop forums to acknowledge and celebrate employee achievements and contributions
- Ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency in the reward and recognition process
- Review and benchmark reward and recognition practices against industry standards to ensure competitiveness
- General Responsibilities:
- Use internal communication channel as well as social media platforms to Showcase employee initiatives to relevant internal and external audience and forums. Track engagement across platforms and suitably modify communication approaches based on initiatives, audience and industry trends
- Develop and implement effective communication channels to ensure open and transparent communication between management and employees.
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback by implementing mechanisms such as employee surveys, focus groups, and suggestion programs.
- Analyze feedback and develop strategies to address concerns, improve employee morale, and enhance engagement.
- Prepare reports and presentations to share insights and recommendations with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Policies & Processes:
- Lead the design, development, implementation and continuous improvement of company-wide policies, procedures & business processes.
- Ensure that the organization's policies are aligned with operational standards.
- Ensure proper communication & dissemination of new and revised policies across the organization.
