- Talent Management
- Drive performance management, succession planning, career progression, and capability building
- Manage HRMIS and reward/recognition programs
- Manpower & Talent Acquisition
- Oversee onboarding, Internal Job Posting (IJP), and recruitment
- Plan manpower and optimize organizational structure
- HR Operations
- Manage payroll, employee lifecycle, attrition analysis, and compliance
- Administer HR policies, leave systems, and SAP-HR
- Employee Engagement
- Organize celebrations, townhalls, engagement surveys, fun-at-work activities, and connect programs
- Employee Welfare
- Coordinate welfare initiatives: sports events, celebrations, camps, and internships
- Miscellaneous
- Ensure audit compliance, budget tracking, and prepare HR MIS reports
