Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Management
    • Drive performance management, succession planning, career progression, and capability building
    • Manage HRMIS and reward/recognition programs
  2. Manpower & Talent Acquisition
    • Oversee onboarding, Internal Job Posting (IJP), and recruitment
    • Plan manpower and optimize organizational structure
  3. HR Operations
    • Manage payroll, employee lifecycle, attrition analysis, and compliance
    • Administer HR policies, leave systems, and SAP-HR
  4. Employee Engagement
    • Organize celebrations, townhalls, engagement surveys, fun-at-work activities, and connect programs
  5. Employee Welfare
    • Coordinate welfare initiatives: sports events, celebrations, camps, and internships
  6. Miscellaneous
    • Ensure audit compliance, budget tracking, and prepare HR MIS reports
