JOB DESCRIPTION OF LEAD ASSOCIATE - GUEST HOUSE SERVICES
Reports to: Head – ES&A, (Corp Functions & Generation, MO)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 6-12 yrs
Skills:
Sound knowledge of guest services, F&B and upkeep of property
Excellent customer service skills
Good analytical and decision-making skills
Context to the role:
Responsible for day-to-day operation of Guest Houses and hostels
Exposure Required:
Extensive experience in managing reputed hotel chain.
Hands on exposure in co-ordinating large events
Key Deliverables:
Exceptional customer experience, ensuring guests receive high quality services
Training and managing guest house/hostel support staffs. Supervising upkeep of the properties.
Proactively monitoring and maintaining assets to ensure a certain level of services across the year. Oversee systems used to manage bookings, schedule maintenance and making recommendations for making it user friendly.
