Designation: Lead Engineer – SCADA

Responsible for SCADA Operations, Maintenance and New Project Commissioning

Key Responsibilities:

1. Should have knowledge of various Solar SCADA like Schneider Electric, Rockwell, Siemens, ABB, Emerson
2. Basic understanding of logic checking and troubleshooting of various PLC, SCADA, SAS, RTU, HMI
3. Exposure on basic industrial communication system and protocol such as IEC 61850, 104, RS485, Modbus
4. Provide technical, troubleshooting support for SCADA commissioning as per EPC approved drawings, IO list
5. Ensure successful SLDC Validation, FTC, CoD, WCR, WCC, Trail run, PG Test etc.
6. Knowledge of CEA guidelines, IEGC guidelines, various SLDC guidelines, PPC etc.
7. Review & Update of SCADA logic, control philosophy, equipment list, spare list, and procurement etc.
8. Ensure daily site SCADA issues are monitored, resolved with OEM coordination to avoid generation loss.
9. Ensure SCADA Upgradation, PM, providing logs during disturbances, CCRA healthiness, calibration, repair.
10. Coordinate with Vendors, EPC suppliers, Govt bodies, Customer, HO
11. Ensure best practice adoption with ability to adapt new technology.
12. Basic awareness on cyber security practices and policy, CERT in guidelines.
13. The candidate should visit the site whenever is required.:

Candidate Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic/telecommunication/instrumentation from a renowned engineering institute

• Knowledge of Electrical & Instrumentation engineering relevant to Solar PV projects
• Experience in SCADA, automation installation commissioning, operation, and maintenance.
• Should have minimum 2-5 years of experience in the current assignment.
