Qualification: CA/ ICWA/ MBA Finance

Reports to: Head Finance Transformation 

Job Description: 

Map all the primary Finance processes like (R2R, P2P, C2C Budgeting/forecasting/FP&A, Treasury process, Taxation process) 
Identify opportunity of eliminating manual interventions through automation
Support in execution of Project Transformation Project as per Plan 
Be the SPOC for coordination between central finance, Subject Matter Experts and functional finance for implementation of transformational initiatives
Financial Reporting : Accelerate financial closing by reducing manual interventions
Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) MIS reporting:  Superior automated tools for forecasting & MIS reporting 
Shared Services:  Automating manual tasks and increasing the scope of shared services across organization
Treasury: Bring in the best available automation tools to digitize front end and back end treasury operations
Tax: Getting the best in compliance management and automation tools integrated with SAP ERP.
 

Skills Required: 

Understanding of accounting principles and of financial systems and processes in several functional areas of finance along with finance domain expertise 
Ability to communicate effectively across internal & external stakeholders
Innovative Mindset
Project management skills
 

Exposure: 

Working experience of R2R, P2P, C2P, FP&A processes, Budgeting & forecasting tools, 
Working experience in Shared Services will be preferred
Prior experience in execution of Finance Process transformation and automation will be preferred
