Title:  Group Head - Business Development

Qualification and Experience:

• MBA
• 8 to 10 years of experience in the Learning and Development domain within the skilling sector.
• Proven track record of working with government agencies involved in the education and skilling sector such as NCVET, NSDC, Skill sector councils, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Grow the Green Energy training business by finding new and relevant opportunities
• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in the Learning and Development domain within the skilling sector.
• Identify and establish partnerships with key government agencies (SCGJ, Skill India Mission, National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Directorate General of Training (DGT), National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT), All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), University Grants Commission (UGC), Ministry of Education (MOE), Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Department of Higher Education (DHE), Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) State Higher Education Council (SHEC), and Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Green India Mission, and others as applicable.
• Obtaining necessary approvals from Government bodies and authorities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business objectives with government policies and regulations
• Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives in the skilling sector
• Monitor and analyse market trends in the skilling sector to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
• Formulating and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote training programs and courses
• Overseeing the development and maintenance of the company's brand image within the skill development sector and specially as a Leader in Green Jobs Skilling
