Job Description:

Responsible for Warehouse & Logistics Operations includes planning, storage, control, and distribution of materials and products according to company needs and customer requirements. Should have handled Warehouse & Logistics operations in medium scale Industries. Must be computer literate, well versed with SAP MM module, MS Office.

1. Receipt of materials from suppliers/subcontractors & safe unloading at the warehouse.
2. Physical count of materials & Preparation of GRIN in SAP (Goods receipt inward note).
3. Issue materials against SAP reservations & Minimise stock loss/damage at the warehouse. System integration/kitting of systems
4. Preparation of sales Invoices, Packing lists, and e-waybills.
5. Truck’s arrangement and dispatch of materials as per sales plan.
6. Ensure safe storage & Disposal of accumulated scrap on a timely basis.
7. Handling of insurance claims (transit & storage damages).
8. Physical verification of Inventory and Preparation of MIS and maintenance of all Inventory records.
