Position: Lead Associate - BHR  

Location: E&P Office Bangalore

Grade: ME03/ME02

Reporting To: Group Head - BHR

Work Exp: 2-6 yrs

Key Deliverables:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment process across the EPC business function as per business priorities, critical positions, and TAT.
• Fulfilment of Talent Plan to support business growth and Increase Women Representation.
• Hands-on experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Offer Management and onboarding of new joinees.
• Coordinate with the respective stakeholder for the travel, accommodation, induction kit of new joinees.
• Drive engagement initiatives in coordiantion with central Engagement team.
• Managing attrition across the EPC business function.
• Driving a culture of Recognition by improving the R&R for EPC business function. 
• HR Outreach and Employee Connect.
• Analytics and MIS Reporting for Monthly MOR.
